When Do I Get My Money?

Once you have made a purchase from one of our retailers, they will inform us once the payment has been completed and we then credit cashback to your account.


How Will I get paid?

Once your account has reached £25 you can withdraw your cashback, this can be paid to you by cheque or PayPal. You can have your cashback payments automatically paid to you once your account reaches an amount you specify (minimum is £25), or you can manually request a payment.


Whats The Catch?

No catch, no annual fees, just good honest cashback.


How Can I Earn Cashback?

Cashback can be earned on purchases and bonus cashback can be earned on comments, list items and reviews. We track the path of each sale so we can credit bonus cashback to the correct user. Bonus cashback awards does not affect the amount of normal cashback being earned.


Is There A Limit To The Cashback I Can Accrue?

No, we do not have a limit. You can keep cashback in your account for as long as you like.


Will I Receive Notifications When Cashback Is Credited To My Account?

You will be notified of any cashbacks in the mail centre, and via email (if you have selected this option in the edit detials section). You can also view the progress of all cashback payments in the transaction list section.

Can I Contact My Friends And Other Members?

Sure, you can contact other mozbox members via a direct message or leave a post on one of the various comment boards. Comments can be left on every product, list or profile. You can attach as many videos, products (and earn bonus cashback) or google maps to any comment post.


Can I Organise My Friends?

Because you may not wish to share your personal information with your friends in the same way, you can organise them into contact types. This allows you to choose not to share certain details with certain contact types. If for example you don't want work colleagues to see the same information as your close friends, simply go to the edit details section and change the visibility level of the item you wish to hide. Friends can be in as many contact types as required, and this can be changed at any time.


Can I Keep My Profile Private?

Yes, not only can you hide individual parts of your profile (as outlined above), you can also choose to completely hide your profile.


Can I invite Friends To Join Mozbox?

You can use the friend finder to invite friends from the following webmail clients: Googlemail, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, Lycos and Yahoo. We are currently offering all users £2.00 for every friend they invite (and then join) as a special launch bonus.

Is There An Advanced Search Feature?

Yes, you can acess the on-page version via the "edit search" link located at the top of the search results page. Alternatively links to the advanced search page can be found under the search bar and at the bottom of the search results.


What Products Can I find On Mozbox?

We have a large database of products for you to browse through, with more being added everyday. Remember, you can earn cashback on all the products you purchase when clicking through to a merchant.


How Can I Share Items Form My Lists With My Friends?

You can share your list items by either assigning a friend to a list (the list will then show up in their profile). You can also add a list item to a private message or a post on your friends profile comments.


Can I Review Any Product On Mozbox?

Yes you can review any product you like, we track the path people take so that we can award bonus cashback to the review that created the sale.


How Can I Keep Track Of The Products I Find?

By using our list feature you can keep track of any item you find, there are no limits to the amount of lists you can have or the amount of products in a list. Click here to create a list
